Filtered water station, proximity to family restaurants, nearby Anytime Fitness center
Proximity to Hatsudai station does not offset the inconvenience of transferring to JR line!!! The bathroom layout feels cramped, especially for taller guests!!! Noise from thin walls can be disruptive during quiet hours!!!

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from a Subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The atmosphere in the common area is inviting and provides a nice space to relax after a busy day.
However, the bathroom was quite tight, especially if you are tall. I found my knees pressing against the wall while using the toilet, and there was little headroom in the shower.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Hatsudai subway station. The room felt spacious for a Double Room, allowing us to settle in without feeling cramped. We had access to a coin laundry, which was super convenient during our longer stay. Self check-in was straightforward, with clear instructions that made the process smooth. However, some pillows across our rooms were a bit worn out and had a strong odor, which was off-putting. The bathroom was also somewhat small, making it a snug fit. Despite these minor discomforts, the property offered great value for money, especially considering its proximity to local shops and restaurants.

Our stay was truly enjoyable! The room was spacious compared to typical standards, allowing our family to relax comfortably. We loved having a communal kitchen where we could prepare meals for our children, and the filtered water station was a hit with everyone. Additionally, being so close to Hatsudai subway station made our outings hassle-free, and we appreciated the convenience of nearby restaurants and shops.
One downside was the cramped bathroom layout, which could be uncomfortable for taller family members.

great space but needs better amenities
The room was quite spacious, providing ample space to relax and move around. The common area was comfortable, ideal for unwinding after a long day. Additionally, being just a short walk from a Subway station was incredibly convenient for getting around the city. I also appreciated the inviting atmosphere created by the well-designed common spaces.
However, the amenities could be improved to enhance the overall experience.
